    November 15th 2022 my lights in my mobile home at this trailer park location started flickering. I hired an electrician and they came out to check the problem. They found the problem to be the Milbank and wires going to the Milbank had been corroded and needed to be replaced. They informed me its the landlord problem to fix. I called the number for the trailer park daily until November 27th2022 someone called me back and said to be the park manager ***. She said she would have the electrician I had called to fix it(********************). ***** went buy and no one came to fix it so I stopped in to ********************. *** had been ignoring them and never called them back. So I called for weeks again until she finally called me back. She said they had their own electrician and he would fix it that week. So to make this short its now March 28th 2023 and its not fixed and no one calls me back now. These flickering of lights and power surges I have constantly needs to be fixed before a fire happens. All I want is this to be fixed like promised. I still pay ****** a month in rent which is the highest in the ************** and has never been missed any month.

    I live in a mobile ********* and it is impossible to get hold of anyone. Where do i go from here? It's called Spruce Ridge Mobile Home Park in ********************************* they have a # of ************ which no one returns a call. I do not have a clue as to who they are they've owned the park for the past 12 months and have upped our lot rent to $495 a month. Who can I get help from? ***********************
