    They have STOLEN my money and got the boots back. The manager, *******, received the boots I returned and kept them AND my money!! They are THIEVES! They now have a product back and money. This company is absolutely disgusting along with the disrespectful and rude manager *******. Besides the fact she constantly kept changing her story when it came to the return policy (one would think a manager could actually be competent at their job), she accused me of verbal abuse (which she could not explain how I was verbally abusing her) by simply telling her I'm glad she knows how to read the return policy because she found the need to keep saying "I know how to read the return policy" over and over again. She found the need to tell me I could try the boots on and walk around (which I did) but wouldn't take the boots back because I did just that? Her words at first were, "you can try them around inside and walk around to decide" then shortly followed by "you can try them on in the barn and walk around" (which is what I did) but their too dirty from walking around in them from outside & in the barn. So, you tell me I can do something but then say you can't do it so the return won't be processed. When I told her she could send them back and I would happily clean them and send them back (since cleaning them was just such a complication for her & this company) but didn't want to be charged for the shipping each way she said she would charge me a restocking fee. The fact you are so desperate to hold onto the money I spent, rather than return it, goes to show how desperate this company is.I either want the boots back or my money back!

    Unfortunately this customer did not adhere to our return policy which indicates that items need to be returned in new condition for a refund. This customer returned the boots caked in manure and so filthy they were a biohazard. When she submitted her request for a return in our RMA system, she indicated the item being returned was in new condition with all packaging and tags.

    Once we received the return which did not meet our policies, we contacted the customer to let her know. The customer berated, insulted and was incredibly rude to the staff. We have offered to pay the return shipping cost to return the boots to the customer and have provided tracking information. If customer continues to make false allegations that boots were "stolen" and we scammed her, we will sadly have to seek legal action.
