    I ordered and paid $715 for a terrarium on 6/28/24 from ***** (J ***** ******) of Custom Glass Terrariums (bank statement says AUTOBKS*Suburban Industri207-9318089 ME). He responded within hours or a day or two to my initial inquiries (we interacted via his website, phone, and email), then he completely ghosted me by email, phone, and his company website after the order was placed when I called to check on its progress; the outermost delivery date came and went two months ago. When my wife called from a new number, he promptly picked up, dissembled about the missing tank, said he'd deliver it personally, then ghosted all contact from her. I have requested a refund by email (no reply), now I am reporting this business to the ***, to my bank, etc. This person is clearly running a fraudulent business:J. ***** ****** Business phone: ************ Business cell: ************ ******************************************************

    I made a purchase from this business but they are failing to follow through with the transaction. I have reached out multiple times to figure out why my order has been shipped and the owner has just given me a bunch of false promises on shipping dates. At certain times when the owner stated the product would be delivered, nothing would show up. The owner does not send out correct information and will not send order updates for my purchase. I am a disabled veteran and work on a fixed income.
