    Hello! I am sad to report that the deep cleaning I ordered was NOT fulfilled. On Sept 7, my disabled brother's double wide modular home, which is approximately no bigger than 900 square feet, was supposed to receive the following deep cleaning: inside windows, wash all walls, shampoo the carpets, clean the refrigerator and his bathroom. The cleaners arrived and fought over who was supposed to bring the carpet cleaner...and no one brought it or made an effort to go get it. The carpets were very important to me since they have never been shampooed. The call taker took extra time to find out if the shampooer was in working order. She called me back and said it was or I would have never gone through with the cleaning. No carpets were cleaned. A couple of walls were washed but one cleaner did not bring appropriate items to clean the walls and refused to stand on a chair (later the owner advised they don't insure their workers to stand on chairs or ladders)...not informed to me at the time of hire. Windows were not washed and no refrigerator cleaning. A basic cleaning was conducted for $50 an hour totaling $350 and the only item cleaned on the order was the bathroom. I asked the owner for a full refund, or at least return to shampoo the carpets, wash the walls, windows and refrigerator at their expense. The owner refused either request by stopping all communication with me. False advertising on their website: satisfaction guaranteed. No place on their website to leave a review. Only positive comments on website. Website states a basic cleaning is $40 an hour but I was charged $50 an hour due to a deep cleaning which did not occur. I was overcharged. The work ordered was not completed, the owner failed to meet my requests for resolution and stopped all communication.
