    Millwork City can easily scam a customer out of their money. It happened to **** ordered a 59 inch bathtub which they billed to my credit card immediately, but never shipped. Millwork City states that there are chain issues regarding shipping due to Covid. And that is how the scam begins. Millwork City simply needs 60 days past the billing cycle for a customer to be denied refund from the credit card company. As a customer, your only recourse is a refund from Millwork City. Wow! What a great scam. Charge someone for a product and never ship it. Millwork City is in the clear after 60 days from a billing dispute. Millwork has your money and needn't ship the product.How is this not a fraudulent business practice?. Order an item, immediately charge a credit card, and never ship it. As a credit card holder you have only 60 days for a refund based upon a charge dispute, and 180 days for a refund based upon fraud. Do not engage with Millwork City as you will probably regret it!

    The customer recently called into our sales department during weekend hours and was advised to call back into our customer service department during normal business hours. They were also given the name of our office manager to expedite their claim being made. This customer has not provided our customer service team with any information regarding the claim that they are making so that we can research if their order was shipped or cancelled. The customer has made no such communications with management to date and instead of creating a negative review, they may want to instead take the time to provide the information needed for ** to research their claim. This customer's initial phone call referenced a purchase made 12 months ago and they are expecting ** to make a determination if what they are saying is correct without any information.
