      I ordered food online on the evening of the 22nd. Almost immediately after placing the order, I received a call from the staff informing me the kitchen was closed for the night. I then asked that she please process my refund. She informed me she didnt know how to do that. Her suggestion was that I call back or stop by the next day. I let her know that that was not an option and requested somebody to reach out to me the next day to address the refund, she seemed confused again, and didnt really know how to proceed and suggested that she would try to leave a note for somebody and hopefully they would call me. I told her that that really wasnt acceptable and that somebody really needed to get back to me the next day and address the refund. She said she would leave a note and wasnt sure but hoped someone would call me back. I explained to her again this is imperative that someone get back to me the very next day to issue my refund.During that conversation that night, I asked the staff member if there was a manager that could assist her, and she said that she was the only one there and that she didnt know how to do it and she was trying to figure out how to do it, but wasnt able to And that all she could do was leave a note and hope that somebody would call me back explaining that she cant make somebody call me back. All she was able to do was leave a note. It is almost a week later and I have yet to receive a call. Two days later, I filed a dispute with my bank. This dispute is still pending as Rubys staff is also disregarding my banks attempts to reach them. On the evening of the 26th, I called the restaurant. A women whom explained she was the bartender and she had been there for 7 years and she was the closet thing to management But that she was unable to help me, and she continuously made excuses as to why she wasnt able to help me. She was rude, dismissive,and actually hung up on me.
