    I have made a purchase from the action glow website for a product they sell called led skateboard lights. This product has not held up I have contacted ******* the owner many times he refuses to return phone calls. Simply put action glow products are junk they are imported from ***** and do not stand up to what they are advertising on there website. At this point I do not want my money back I will simply write negative reviews on how this situation has been handled from a very childish company.

    This negative review appears to have been left by a competitor, ************* of ************ out of ************, ** who is pretending to be somebody else. ************* and his organization, ********** *** are infringing on 45th Parallel Lighting, LLCs intellectual property. We are handling this promptly and appropriately through ******** Federal Court and hope to resolve this matter soon. Continued harassment from this individual and organization will not be tolerated. We ask that the BBB receives verified order information from this individual before processing any complaint. Please contact us with any further questions.
