      This is really the best business ever. Customer service is phenomenal no questions asked for any returns. There’s many ways to make money, but this is the only one I ever seen with such positive people. Yes you definitely need to be connected to the right people, if you feel your not find a way to reach your incredible up line!

      I ordered product online and discovered the ship date was too far out. I called Customer Service at 1 (800) 253-65** to change the shipping method. They told me it could not be changed. I asked for a Supervisor and they hung up on me. I called back, asked for a Supervisor’s and they hung up on me again. I called back a third time to a different department (option 1) and asked Jose for a Supervisor’s and was hung up on a third time. WHAT THE *ell IS GOING ON!!!???

      Amway is an AMAZING company, and has completely changed my life. I am currently growing my business with the help of astonishingly awesome leaders and mentors, and will keep pushing forward for the freedom this company has offered me!

      I called customer service for some help in regards to a return. It can be done online but I was not able to do that anytime soon and normally they are super helpful but Kim from specialty made it seem like an inconvenience on her end to help me. She did not seem eager and when I expressed I was just looking for a bit extra help to make it quicker, she continued to try and cut ne off and say she’ll help me after I mentioned I could just do it on my own later on due to her lack of understanding and willingness to help. I was really disappointed and did not appreciate the way I was spoken to especially when I’m calling for a quick and easy process. Any other time I would have done it myself and my mistake to think it was going to be helpful calling customer service instead. Hopefully my customers in the future have no problems because that’s not the type of customer service I value communicating with.

      Amway has provided our family with an amazing opportunity for entrepreneurship. My husband and I personally make over 100K a year with opportunity. Yes it took work, yes it took time, but after hard work and dedication, we were able to get rid of our debt, save for retirement, build a community and close friendships, provide me with the option to stay at home when kids come, and hope for our future. It is everything I hoped it would be and more. In the beginning it was difficult to change, get out of our comfort zones, re-prioritize our lives, delay gratification and delay vacations but it was so worth it! We are headed to our annual paid-for trip by the corporation in November! Orlando here we come!

      Amway is a company of excellence. It always has been. There are no better products in terms of highest quality than their products. As for pricing many people do not consider the quality nor the cost-per-use, which is clearly superior to store-brand names. If, for example, a store-brand product is priced at $10.00 and lasts 30 days, the comparable Amway product might carry a price tag of $15.00 but it will last 60-80 days. This means that your cost-per-use is half. And the quality of the Amway product is higher than any non-Amway product I've been able to find in the world. As for the few complaints that Amway is a scam, that is akin to carrying around a gym card for four years, doing nothing but complaining that your results are dull.
