    I purchased a "ResistAll" warranty for my vehicle. It covers the outside and inside of the vehicle. I took my vehicle to Clift for its maintenance and told them that I need my car detailed and that it would be covered by my "ResistAll" warranty. They took pictures of the inside and outside of my vehicle to submit for the warranty coverage. After 3 weeks, I called them because they never called me back. I talked with ***** **** and he said the warranty was denied. Now this warranty covers everything, including tree sap, which they took pictures of. The interior was stained with ice cream, etc. I know it would be covered because it was covered the last time I used the warranty. It covered the outside due to the bugs on it and the inside for milk and other stains on the seats. ***** said that he would submit it again using the picture of the tree sap (that was on the hood of my car, that the body shop manger pointed out). It has been 3 weeks at least since that phone call. I called "ResistAll" and asked if a warranty coverage had been issued for my vehicle and they told me that none had been requested since 2022 when I used it last. I had tried calling the service manager (left a message), text the company, called again and left another message. I did let them know that my next step would be contacting the BBB.

    I apologize on behalf of Clift Buick GMC. ******** claim has been a large process that has involved several of our dealership departments. We apologized to ****** ****** several times on how long it took. In the end she was satisfied on how everything turned out to our knowledge. I attached a survey that was filled out by ****** that expressed that she is satisfied. This survey was recently filled out on May 1st, 2025. 

    In the future, please send any claims to ****************************************** ***** did not get the emails forwarded to her until today. Sorry about that, we are looking into it.
