  I took my jeep in today to have a clunking/popping noise looked at along with a wobble. They called me at 10:32 this morning saying they looked at the jeep and I had a broken drivers side outer tie rod that was broke in pieces. Now I drove the jeep from ****** **** all the way to Adrian Michigan with no issues and had been driving it before that with no issues ! Said to fix that it would not be under my warranty so it would be $685. When I called my dad to explain what they said he said he replaced that exact tie rod two weeks ago ! There was no way it was broke let alone in pieces because I could still drive my jeep. At this point he called up there and they said oh well let me get with the technician and see what is actually going on we will call you back . An hour went by before my dad called back up there and asked again whats going on. They then replied with oh well let have it on the lift trying to figure the problem out now. he said but wait you just told me that the tie rod is broken in pieces they then told him oh no the tie rod has a little play in it but its fine. But that is not what they told me or him ! At this point is when we told them do not touch the jeep anymore we do not want you fixing it because you just lied and we can not trust you! They then said it would $155 owed for the diagnose fee and when we questioned them why we had to pay that when they did not diagnose anything but tried to get over on me because I am a women they got angry and said then just come get your vehicle ! Needless to say I got my jeep and I will NEVER come back there. Not for another vehicle not for service nothing ! You tried to make me pay for things that were not needed all because I am a women but the minute a man called you questioning things your tone changed real quick ! ********* its the 21st century and women know just as much as men ! Also if I could give zero stars I would terrible service and experience today !

  I worked with *****, who was wonderful. However, *********************** is who we worked with for the financing. We purchased the warranty because she told us that if we didnt use it, at the end of the loan term it would be returned to us. I checked into this with ***** and they said that wasnt true. So we cancelled it and were supposed to get $3,000 back. This was in September 2023. In January I called because this was never credited back to our loan. I was frustrated and even apologized for being frustrated to ******. She kept threatening me that I wouldnt get very far with her. So, I apologized, explained I was frustrated that we were told wrong. She proceeded to tell me that they sell vehicles all over the country and she wasnt wrong about the warranty. She also asked me if I even understood how interest works. I explained that I did (Im a former commercial credit loan analyst) and I explained to her that it wasnt about the interest, but about constantly having to follow up. She said she would request a new check to be mailed by *****. Its now almost March and still nothing. So, I called Mopar myself. They said she never reported the check lost and never requested a new one. So, she clearly made good on her promise that I wasnt going to get anywhere with her. Im at a loss as its been six months without results. I dont know if I need to reach out to an attorney, but I supposed I will have to weigh that option. ***** said they cant send me the check to send me bank, it has to go to CR of Adrian.

  I reviewed this account and realized that the check was sent to Ally and unfortunately returned to us but was never sent back out to the correct address. I apologize for this oversight and lack of communication. I sent the ******** to Ally to via ACH, which I have included a copy of. This should reconcile with Ally tomorrow.
