      I have had nothing but negative experiences with Kapnick, unfortunately. I signed up through my company to set aside money for our childcare. Every time I submit a claim to get the money to actually pay for childcare, the claim AT BEST takes 4 weeks to process and be paid out. Most months I have to spend a significant amount of time calling and emailing to find out the status, and am usually given conflicting responses. I recently had several claims that had been approved months prior, be retroactively denied. When they fixed the error, they accidentally repaid me for the claims. I mailed them a check to repay them, but they refused to pay out any additional claims until they received my check (which was for the error THEY had made). I would have much rather paid taxes on the money than have had to fight for my money this much. They are incredibly disorganised, and different staff have given me different answers to the same question. I warn everyone at my company to stay away from signing up for their HSA/FSA.
