    Do NOT hire this man to do anything to your home. If I could give zero stars I would. ***************** (owner) completely half assed his way through the entire project. Left my bathroom in worse condition than what it originally was. I had to hire another contractor to come in and fix all his mistakes. The contractor was blown away at how unprofessional the job was done. **** takes no ownership in his mistakes and in fact he just blamed the people that worked for him and told me that "it wasn't his fault". He talks over you constantly, he is a horrible communicator and would say he's coming one day and then not show up at all or just text me 5 days later with excuse's. If you want things done right, go somewhere else!!!

    Wish I would have reach the other reviews first. We had the same experience. Did not call last week to let us know they were coming out to do the install. Showed up, no one was home... had to wait another 2 weeks to get on the calendar. They showed up, would not install. Took apart the WORKING dishwasher unit, so it now does not work.... were super rude and tried to leave the new dishwasher that they did not install!

    In response. You were not there. Your renters were. The dishwasher was not able to be taken out by my installers. We removed the kick plate to see if it could be removed. It cannot be removed without removing the flooring in front of dishwasher. We do not schedule the jobs. We get a print out the night before we contact the customer and tell them the time of day we give 3 hour windows. We went to the home no one was home. So we sent the job back to crst for them to reschedule the job. When they did we called and set the 3 hour window. We never once touched any other part of the dishwasher except to see if it would come out. New dishwasher was returned to store immediately. You were not at the home to witness any of this.

    BEWARE: DO NOT BUY YOUR APPLIANCES FROM LOWES. THEY HIRE 3RD PARTY CONTRACTORS LIKE INSTALLS PLUS FROM ADRIAN MICHIGAN TO COME INTO YOUR HOME AND DESTROY IT. I HAVE TRIED WORKING WITH LOWES BUT THEY CONSTANTLY SAY "THATS OUT OF OUR CONTROL" WHAT A JOKE. IF YOU WANT RANDOM STRANGERS WHO BREAK PARTS OF YOUR HOME AND DO A SUB PAR JOB, BUY YOUR APPLIANCES FEOM LOWES. Third party company name is Installz Plus
