      I am rejecting this response because:

       

      ACF was deceiving in the fact they let concert goers sit in limbo for over two hours without knowing it the act was even coming. Its your duty to confirm acts arrival. Your opening act let everyone know that ***** was in fact on site during his set. Something doesn't add up. 

      ACF emailed out refunds will be processed automatically and then two days later sent out a sneaky email with a ****** form to fill out. This is deceiving to people who may not check their email often.

      You cancelled the event and refunds should have been processed when you said they were (via email) You are deceiving and went back on your word. 

       

      The rescheduling is great but have people buy new tickets - Allegan Fair was knowingly lying and continuing to sell tickets when the act wasn't even there or en route, this is absurd.

      The ***** ******* was cancelled at a very late time zone. In speaking with *****'s management we were told that ***** was stuck in a private plane on a runway in ********* **. They told ** he was coming throughout the day and evening.  We did not receive the response that ***** would not make it for the ******* and they needed to cancel until approximately 0:15pm. Within 15 minutes of the phone call we announced that ***** had cancelled. The next day we intended on refunding everyone's money and sent out an email explaining this, but it was Sunday and the refunds could not be completed until Monday. Sunday afternoon *****'s management reached out to the fair and wanted to make things right with the fair and his fans and asked if there was sometime that week we could reschedule the show. The only evening possible was on Thursday, September 14th when ************************* was a lone act playing at the fair. *****'s management and ***************************** management all agreed on merging the shows. We then contacted all ticket purchasers and gave them the option of a refund or to attend the newly scheduled Thursday night ************************* and ***** Show. We emailed a form to request the refund on-line and explained that their tickets  could be rescanned for entry to the fairgrounds including parking and the *******. There were very few tickets sold to the ************************* show and some people were relocated to either a standing or seated area of their choice. The ************************* tickets were $32.00 and $37.00 and the ***** tickets were $42.00 and $62.00. We are not charging the ************************* purchasers any additional money and they receive two acts instead of one. 

      This was a bad situation for the fair and we are doing our best to rectify this situation and keep everyone happy. This is our 171st year anniversary and we have an amazing reputation and continue to be forthcoming and honest with our patrons. 

      This is standard venue practice when there is a cancellation from an act,
