    This business is nearly impossible to get ahold of. Even simple things like making an appointment are so so difficult. I call over and over and no one answers the phone. They supposedly open at 8:00am but no one answers the telephone. By about 20 minutes after 8a the call waiting finally picks up and the wait begins. I have waited as long as 50 minutes on hold simply waiting for a receptionist to answer. The least amount of time I have waited for someone to answer is about 25 minutes. I am so disappointed with this aspect of this facilitys care. The physicians are great and the nurses/techs are great and yet I still will be leaving this practice due to there inaccessible for even basic needs. This problem started about a year ago and has simply gotten worse over the year. When we joined this facility for our familys care 4 years ago we did not have this problem. Now it is every single time I call either for my internal medicine doctor or our pediatrician the same problem happens. I am literally calling right now and Ive been on hold now for 30 min. I cant trust this business to care for us .
