    I had an extremely frustrating customer experience today that needs to be addressed. Although I don't typically shop at this store, it was conveniently on my way. I intended to use a $5 off a $25 purchase coupon that expired today, along with the sale prices on ******I always bring a calculator to ensure that I meet the criteria for the coupon. I selected my items, and my total was $25.56, which clearly qualified for the coupon. When the cashier scanned my items and I entered my phone number as required, the coupon didnt apply. After three unsuccessful attempts, she claimed that it must be an issue with her register, forcing me to move to the next register to check ****** the second register, the cashier encountered the same issue. She then falsely claimed that "the deposit doesnt count towards the $25 total." When I pushed back, she became rude and condescending, insisting that the coupon wouldnt work. Frustrated, I left my items at the register and walked out.Its worth noting that when I went to a different store to purchase the same items, the coupon worked without a hitch. The behavior of the cashier was unacceptable. She treated me as if I were uninformed and blamed me for not knowing something that was simply untrue. Let me be clear: the deposit does count, and her unprofessional attitude needs to be addressed.
