Allpoint Construction did an incredible job updating my Kitchen. Working with ********** the President/Owner, the crew, the office staff, all details were covered and done in a professional timely manner. The craftsmanship of the crew, *****/Team Leader, ***** and *** was impeccable, no detail left undone and exceeded my expectations! Especially *****, his knowledge, craftsmanship and suggestions were highly valued and implemented in our kitchen update. Working with the office staff was a pleasure: ********/Office Mgr. did an excellent job answering all my questions in a kind, professional manner... as well as did ******* and ***** with scheduling the crew and final invoice questions. 1 starHorrible service. I had a bathroom remodel 2 years ago. When the remodel was "finished" the wall above the window was not complete, the wall by the sink had to be repaired which was not done came out and sanded no touch up paint. The ceiling after 1 1/2 years was peeling and the grout on the bench was falling in. When I contacted All Point they stated it was my fault and there was no warranty on this. They tried to state the reason why my celling was peeling was because my exhaust fan was dusty. This is a bad job the tile is uneven tooReview fromDebra & Steve F

1 starAll Point Construction: They started a 40 sq/ft bathroom remodle for me at the end of July. It was finished according to them at the end of January. The Tub was out 1 inch. The tub door was out **** inches. Leaving a **** gap between the tub and the tub door. No spacers were used when installing tile. Some of the tile is unlevel by nearly 1/8 of an inch. No cleanup in the basement. Many complaints about finished basement flooding with no sense of urgency. Ruin ceiling tiles. Installed ceiling fan. They wired the switched wrong The fan was mounted level with the studs. No consideration drywall is being installed. I could go on and on. All I can say is DON'T..Review fromCindy M

We had Allpoint remodel our kitchen and bathroom. The end result looks good. However, I had to keep pointing out the touch-*** that need to be done to finish the job. The kitchen took 6 weeks to get a working kitchen. We didn't have handles for the cupboards until January 2023 - which were installed in October / November. The cupboards were left with sawdust and shelving sitting inside. They did not install my dishwasher correctly. There is a gap between the wall and cupboards on the bottom that had to be covered with trim. The painter left gray paint on white trim. the were areas that trim was missed and was not fixed until January / February. The grout around the sink area and cupboards had to be fixed because it was cracking. Also there were areas the painter did not sand before painting. All of this was corrected - but I feel it should have been corrected by Allpoint without me taking pictures and sending it to the Project manager.The bathroom looks nice. However we had the same kinds of issued. When we had a working shower - which took 2 weeks and a couple days - they didn't adjust the water correctly - so it was cold - I had to call for them to come back and make the adjustment. The bathroom door was one of the biggest issues we had. They installed a sliding door. the painter just decided to paint it - didn't ask. The door was not installed properly so it rubbed and wouldn't close or lock. The same day he painted the door it was rubbing and paint was being scraped off the door. They painted it and you could see all the brush marks. The paint job was terrible. So again I had to call to get it corrected. Like I mentioned before, the issues did get corrected. However, I feel that I should not have to keep sending pictures and ask for it to be touched up. We paid a lot of money for this job and have waited 21 years to have a nice home.Allpoint Construction

1 starHorrible service. Horrible communication. Liars. Do not do business with this company. Did work on my house slowly for 2 years and that's only because we kept calling the salesman, ****. When we tried reaching out to the owner, ***, he never responded back to messages left with rude office help. So eventually had to go in and catch *** unexpectedly in order to see what was going on. He claims he had no idea all this was going on but we had a letter threatening to file lein on our house with his signature on it. He decides to come to my house to look at things and figures it looks good enough. Tells me what he is going to do for me and when I address things on the contract that will not be complete, he says that he's not making any money off this project because the contract that was renegotiated wasn't beneficial to him. So he goes on to say we bullied his salesman, ****, into this when this was all his salesman, ****, who was in his words "trying to make things right." *** refused to honor the contract presented from his company and salesman, saying the work was satisfactory for him. It took two years to talk to this man and he quickly just snubbed me all in an hour. Told me how we handled this situation as bullies but they are the bullies. Very unprofessional. Have no morals and don't stick to their end of the deal. Just want to trap you into having to pay something for a half a** job. But I guess that's what karma is for. Hi **** from Allpoint did an amazing job with my patio. side trail and sidewalk of my house. I was under pressure from the city to get it done and he reassured and let me know it would be completed and accepted. He executed everything perfectly and was a pleasure to work with. It was extremely difficult to find someone reliable during these covid times and I appreciate it. I received so many compliments of how awesome my patio looks and just get the passing score from the city. Thanks again to Allpoint for getting job done right!Allpoint Construction
