    MY 2007 ***** silverado **** hd duramax was having motor noises, I called the shop and asked him to check out the truck and let me know what the issue was. That was on 1-25-23 ***** the manager/part owner inspected the truck and advised the truck needed a new engine. I told him i wasnt sure if we were going to repair it or buy a new one, so we would let him know. I advised him on 1-30-23 that we were going to repair the truck and asked him how much it would cost to swap out the engines. He advised me it would be around 1800-2000 to change the engine. So me and my wife purchased a used engine on 2-16-23 and advised the shop and ***** that we had purchased a engine and he advised he had no room for it and he would get with me. I had reached out to the shop and asked when i could drop this engine off as it is sitting oujtside and i didnt want critters to get in to the engine as it was sitting on a trailer. He advised me that we could drop it off on sat 3-3-23 and he advised me he was going to start changing it on 3-15-23. He advised me that it would take him 3-5 days to swap out the engines as it is just him working right now do to not being able to find anyone to work, this was on 3-15-23, we reached out on 3-25-23 and ***** advised he got started on it , on 4-4-23 i reached out again to see when it would be done and how stuff was going and he advised he almost has the engine out, on tuesday 4-11-23 i asked him if i could get my truck back by friday 4-14-23 as i really needed it and needed to get back to work, ***** advised that was his plan was to have it completed and finished by 4-14-23.i reached out again on friday 4-14-23 asking if he got it done no reply. I also have called numerous times the shop and his personal phone with no answer or a call back throughout this whole time.wednesday 4-19-23 advised he found broken motor ************************* advised he would have it done and ready for pickup on monday 4-21-23 may-3 ,16 19 20 23 june 1 6 9 10 11 12 13 and no calls
