    Date of Contract 1/25/2023 Paid $1175.00 Paid $1175.00 on 2/3/2023 Job was to be completed on 2/7/2023.Job Isn't completed as of today. 4/14/2023.I spoke on the phone with T&A Customs LLC 2/9/2023 about the job not being completed. T&A gave me reasons why it wasn't. I spoke on the phone with T&A Customs LLC on 3/17/2023 again letting him know that the job was not completed. He stated that he thought that it was, other than the gutter over the back door. And stated that he himself would come out and install downspouts 2 foot out away from the house if he had to. On 4/3/2023 I left a voice message that the job was still not done, and no one has been here to work on it.To complete the job.1. corners pieces of gutters need to be completed; they are just hanging there not attached to the gutters.2. 2 foot out spouts need to be installed on all downspouts. Our basement has flooded as a result of the water just collecting at the foundation.3. West gutter system, downspout, and out spout on the garage hasn't been installed.4. Gutter system over back door hasn't been corrected; They ran the flow of water wrong way.
