Suburban chevrolet of ann arbor did not tell me anything about this truck being in 2 car accidents. I was told the vehicle i bought was never in a car accident by the person who sold it to me at the Suburban chevrolet of ann arbor. Suburban chevrolet of ann arbor lied to me about the vehicles history to get me to sign. I found out it was in multiple accidents.

I bought a 2015 Jeep from them which I found out its a piece of junk, no **, bad roof, which they gave me new one, brakes are bad, trans sometimes hesitates shifting, and it road walks, also leaking oil on my driveway. My salesman was ******* and he was supposed to trade me back for a 2020 ***** trax. I have called and messaged many times with no reply. I would like to get something I can drive. I told him I could put down $1000.00 with a payment if no more than $400.00. Im 75 years old and living on a small fixed income. I filed before thinking he was going to help me but now he wont even answer my calls or messages. The jeep just sets in my driveway because I have breathing problems and the ** dont work. I just want something that everything works and safe to drive.

I bought a 2016 ****** WRX from Suburban of *** Arbor in October of 2022. Within the first month of having the car I noticed the car was leaking tons of oil. I took it to the dealership and at first they refused to take it in. After back and forth (the car was under warranty) they finally took it in. It was there for a month for them to replace an oil cap. This was not the issue. The car has been burning coolant/oil. They failed to complete a full inspection and this car was sold to me this way. I drove the car thinking they fixed the issue. I utilized my warranty as agreed and received this kind of service. Now I am quoted $3,000 to fix an issue I could have had covered under my warranty. This feels illegal. I paid around $20,000 for junk. I cannot believe it is legal for any business to sell products as such. I hope that someone is able to say something before they do this to anyone else.

My vehicle was at the dealership for a brake inspection at the end of September. At that time, it was identified that the brake pads and rotors needed replacement. ******, the service representative, told me this work was to be "warrantied out" as the car has only 7K miles on it since the work was last done on the rotors and pads at the dealership. He told me he would order the parts, they would arrive in about a week, and he would call me to schedule the service. I waited almost two weeks and then texted the dealership 3-4 times without a response. I have since called them twice, left a message, and have not received a response. I tried to schedule a service on-line which the website will not allow me to do. The vehicle no longer feels safe to drive due to the brake issue, and I need the service completed. In reading Google reviews, this lack of responsiveness seems to be a recurrent and significant problem with the service department.
