We were one of the unfortunate hit by Hurricane ******. We needed secure storage for our belongings before the next storm (******) hit us. We were having trouble getting local companies to return our calls but Rent-a-Container / Modugo came through for us. Container was like new and the delivery team was awesome. I Have had the pleasure of working with ***** at Modugo for a little over a year now. We have done business on 4 or 5 jobs, all of which have went smooth and without issue. I have worked with Modugo (specifically ***** Y) for the last several years and would highly recommend them. The service they have provided has been exceptional. They have delivered on time, even under the tightest deadlines, and always work with us to make sure we get the best pricing available. When it comes to customer service, I've worked with just about all of the container/office rental companies, and Modugo is the best!ModuGo, LLC

Initially, this company was great to work with. They provided a fast quote, invoice, and delivery date. Over the next week, things went downhill quickly. We have several missed deliveries, three to be exact. Come to find out the container was located at a scrap yard and in terrible condition. The transport company refused because of the condition, not even the company. I received pictures from the transporting company of the condition of the containers, which was terrible. This company said they would source another container and have it in another week. 3 days before delivery, they asked for more money because they couldn't find a container. They were unwilling to uphold their end of supplying a air and water-tight container and then expected us to pay more for their error in their supply. Terrible experience.ModuGo, LLC

We regret that this transaction was not completed due to a lack of inventory, but the customer has been fully refunded with our apologies. We had several units in storage in the ****** area and offered them at extremely discounted rates (appx. $1000 below retail pricing). This customer purchased the last of these high discount units. Prior to delivery, our quality control inspection by our delivery partner found the unit to be damaged. The customer was informed of the damage and was given several options including a full refund or that we would purchase another unit for them at the inland port and deliver it at a price LESS THAN our actual costs to purchase it and deliver it. The customer opted for a refund which we were happy to provide.
While we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by our lack of un-damaged inventory in ****** at the time, we are glad that we did not deliver a damaged unit and wish the customer the best with our sincere apologies.
