I seen a counselor yesterday 9-1-22 and he told me I could either wait on my urine tests to come in the mail or I could go buy a urine test and they could get me my prescription by today so I went and spent almost $50 on a urine test and now I'm being told I have to jump through more hoops because it's "state law" so I asked them to give me the money back that there employee told me to go spend and was giving me false information

      Hi *****,

Thank you for reaching out. We are very sorry to hear about the issues that you've had with our program and the confusion around drug testing. ******** law requires that our members see a counselor first, but all members who wish to start medication also need to see a medical provider for a second appointment before receiving a prescription. We understand how frustrating these requirements can be, and we are working to make sure that any miscommunication you experienced doesn't happen again. Our drug testing coordinator has reached out to you via phone and email. Please feel free to reply to him or email us at ********************************** so that we can try to make this right.

      Best,

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your rejection of the business's response.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:

I tried to go ahead with services and the provider I spoke with was very rude so I hung up now they are telling me I can't receive a refund because I hung up on the provider I only did that because she was belittling me and telling me I was over reacting which I feel I had the right to do because the company lied to me to get more money out of me
      Regards,
