    We have had a horrible experience as new home owners with this company. We called Mr. Appliance of ******* to fix a leak in our dishwasher - a technician came out and told us to order a new gasket through Amazon. He searched with ****** (the wife) on Amazon and told her which one to order - he informed her they do not order parts. We ordered the part and installed it, only to find the leak continued. We called Mr. Appliance back, and they sent a different technician, who told us that was incorrect. He checked that the seal was installed correctly, and said we should not have cut it to size - even though thats what the first technician said to do! He then informed us that the first technician had been fired and he was going out to fix seven of his former co-workers bad jobs. We then said our fear was that this second technicians advice, which was to replace the gasket AGAIN, would be wrong again, to which he rudely replied - I have been doing this for 25 years. I wont be fired! We politely asked how much it would cost them to fix it and were quoted over $330. We asked if we could get a credit for the first $120 we already paid for the bad advice and were told no. ****** (the husband) called the company and the boss fought with him, claiming we were cheap and trying to cut corners to save money. My fianc was shocked. The boss *** then said we needed to also order corner gaskets - something NEITHER OF HIS FIRST TWO TECHNICIANS MENTIONED! We were obviously confused and frustrated and opted to pass at this point. The owner was rude and aggressive. We left a one star review on ****** and the owners response was to call us cheap and claim we are just trying to cut corners. He also claimed that we installed a part incorrectly, which is NOT TRUE. He also claimed we ordered the wrong part, even though his technician literally pulled it up with ****** and helped her order it!!! They are now slandering us and we are not happy/will never recommend them to anyone.
