    Whatever you do, do NOT rent with ITAA Management in ********* ** or in ********* MI. They are slumlords, they'll promise a clean apartment but there's been professional cleaning in any of their apartments in years. They'll ignore you via emails for months. Rats plagued the property, the fridge was broken, there was trash all over the property during move in. They are only here for the money. Do not rent with them under any circumstances unless you want a broken fridge, rats eating your groceries, a moth infestation, trash from previous tenants, and a disrespectful landlord who thinks nothing is their responsibility. I still haven't gotten my security deposit back. AVOID ITAA and *************** at all costs. 100% slumlords and disgusting business practices
