      Hired a moving company via a broker using ****** reviews.The price of the move Changed by 110% after they loaded the truck with my collateral originally quoted $2,300 total price was $4486 The broker did not step in to resolve after multiple calls and emails about the price change. Handle with Care did not provide the proper equipment to load the equipment in shipment. this business abandoned me on the day of delivery and hasn't returned any calls. They demanded payments be made in cash and the price change at delivery also requiring cash.The day of delivery furnishing are missing, boxes are missing and they destroyed my motorcycle in transit. The issue here is performance and inability to assist in providing information. The delivery company used the wrong vehicle/equipment and ramp to support this move.

      We received a notification through the local Better Business Bureau that you filed a complaint against our company from a recent move you had. We confirmed that there are no records of us completely a move for ***************************, which also confirmed our suspicion that you may have moved with a company, doing business (illegally) under our copy write name.

      Contacted New Age Relocation for a partial move from ******** to *******. They farmed it out to Handle ********** Our goods were picked up a day late and we were charged for 100 cubic feet more than the truck holds. The truck already had someone elses goods on the truck. When I questioned the gentleman at Handle ********* I was told I did not know what I was talking about. Further he said I pay what they say or I do not see my goods. He was very rude! To make matters worse after they loaded the truck I was informed that my goods were being sent to ******* to be unloaded and would be delivered when they had another delivery headed our way. He then hired a third party to rent a truck and bring the goods to *******. That party hired day laborers to unload the truck. They had no idea that they needed to cover floors and carpet or not ******************* and woodwork. I have a hole in a wood dresser, many broken glass pieces, broken lamps and missing items! This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

      We received notification from the Better Business Bureau regarding a complaint you filed against our moving company. While we absolutely empathize with your situation, we are in NO way affiliated with the brokered company that was utilized for your move. 


      Unfortunately, this company has been using our Trademarked name for almost two years and taking advantage of the incredible reputation we've built in ************ since ****. We do not affiliate ourselves with any brokerage, nor take leads from any other company. We are a full-service moving company based and operate in ************ with a fleet of our own trucks and crews and do not use third party brokers or other subcontractors. As you can see from our BBB rating, and 200+ ****** reviews, we are a reputable business that strives to be professional, transparent and give exceptional customer service.


      Again, we are very sorry for the experience you've had with this other company, but would greatly appreciate you removing your official complaint, as it just isn't a reflection on our company.
