    I ordered items on Dec 26 and the tracking said it was to arrive before my trip. It said **** business days for shipping, which i thought wouldnt be a big deal since the 10th day was the day I left to go out of town and rarely do packages go till the last min. For some strange reason it got delayed over and over again and the tracking said it wouldnt arrive until the day after I left for my vacation. I specifically ordered this for this time so that this would not happen. I have shown proof of my plane ticket that i was not there when "delivery" happened and therefor cannot confirm it really happened. Have been getting the run around for a while and tried to chat with the company about it and it all seems so fishy. The chat person said they have no supervisors that i can talk to about this and that there is nothing they can do since it was over 60 days ago, even tho my bank has been trying to resolve this together for the past 4 months.I just want my money returned to me. My order number is C31191433141 They didnt even try and help me.

    This is a complain on top of an ongoing BBB complaint with lululemon. The ongoing complaint case number is 18316378,I was charged by this company for the products never shipped out. Even though I contacted its customer service and file a credit card dispute, there is no feedback from this company at all. During the painful process, I used live chat and called the customer service multiple times. It emerged to me an even more serious issue from this company: its customer service is trained and behaved in a very racist way hidden in the bureaucratic process. I called company on Nov 4th around 11 am, the representative named **** talked with me. First she cut me off multiple times and couldnt let me finish anything, whenever I tried inquiring she coldly quoting that lululemon already finished the refund and it is it the final resolution even though the amount it not correct at all. She repeat this language in a very arrogant way and talked the same time when I was talking and couldnt let finish anything, I am not native English speakers and obviously have my own accents which is my proud identity and I never run into any situation like this in my other work and life conditions. The way she took advantage of the fact that I am not native and and the total ignorance she showed me bluntly can only be described as a racist. Even though myself will never spend one ***** with this company, I still want to share with everyone what their company culture is truly about and make this complaint clear to the business: it is so wrong to behave in such an inhumane and arrogant way. It is ironically contradicting to the image they try to sell to make money. The racism lululemon showed is unacceptable.
