    We purchased new Norcold refrigerator for our motor home from ***** ****** on 10/07/2022. Manufacturer paper work states 1 year warranty wiht option to purchase extended warranty, must submit within 1 year from date of purchase. So in July 2023 I mailed extended warranty of extended 3 years. About month later received letter from Thetford/Norcold that the company has decided to no longer offer extended service plans on this product. the refrigerator has given us problems almost since purchased. The problem continued to worsen so we made appointment with ***** ****** appointment was 08/28/23. the ice maker made ice when it wanted to and temp in fridge fluctuate. When ***** ****** reached out to Norcold they phones states to use there portal and email. so after several weeks Norcold claim that someone had put after market ice maker. NOT TRUE. So after few more weeks Norcold request a form no cooling performance be done. it was an emailed to Norcold, now more time pass. I called Norcold they said didn't receive form so I went to ** and t got copy of form an proof it was emailed. Now more time has passed an our catalytic converter gets stolen from ** lot cost us more money. I called Norcold for 4th time an informed customer service I would call every 2 days till we get resolution. she said she would email tech. That day ** received email stating not covered since it appears someone has tampered with ice maker. The problem is cooling unit not working has nothing to do with ice maker. The ice maker has a fan in front of it an they said heat had been applied to it. I told them I would put fan on but due to freezer freezing it would not start for 10 to 20 minutes so possibly that caused problem. Never the less the refrigerator in not cooling. ***** ****** said cooling unit is out. Norcold also states that they nolonger manufactuer that model. No one at Norcold has attemped to call an speak in person to anyone at ***** *******. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
