    They are terrible. We have a Subzero refrigerator they have worked on 20 times. They have been unable to repair our refrigerator, yet have charged us $$$. Last visit took over 3 months to arrive, diagnose and return with parts. The technicians did not use the parts, did not fix the refrigerator, and told us to go to their competition to get the unit fixed. Still charge us money for not repairing. They Suck! Zero Stars
