    I did a $50.00 order as an anniversary present. I waited and waited and waited. Tried contacting them 5 times- ZERO RESPONSE!! I wish I wouldve looked at this sight sooner!! They just steal your money and you get zero product!! SO MAD!!!

    Absolutely horrible customer service, complete lack thereof in fact. Ordered $220 worth of product from them. After 2 weeks of no updates tried contacting them, received a message a day later saying it was forwarder to the proper department for review. Didn't receive any contact from them after a few days. Emailed, messaged, social media messaged them...nothing.They basically just stole the money. No one is there to contact or try & resolve this. Look at their social media post theres plenty of people commenting on their non-deliveries, no support & very delayed deliveries. Their website has nothing but 5 star reviews which tells you they're deleting or just ommitting any bad reviews. Beware!.

    Terrible customer service! I ordered a package that was lost in the mail. After 45 days I still have not received a replacement, refund or a response about what they will do to make it right. $96 is a lot of money for nothing and no response.
