    This company could not confirm or negate that my personnel property was located in the vehicle that was impounded. I was charged ; $120 .00 for towing less than five miles, a $200.00 fee for holding my car; $35.00 per day, and additional $ ***** fee if someone has to come and fix my flat tire, yet my insurance company have to come come prior to 5:00 p.m.which will cost me an additional fee of $35.00 per day because it is already after 5:00 p.m. so I have to wait the next day per the employee *** this evening. Good grief!

    I spoke with Ms. ************************* on Sept 12th.  I answered her questions regarding her impoundment.  At her request, I also went out to her vehicle to look inside and see what personal items were on her front seat and to check her tires.  This is not a service we typically provide.  She was gracious and understood her fees (which she partially understood from her prior discussion with our Dispatcher but had some incorrect or misunderstood fees).  I am very surprised to see this complaint as I do not see anything we have done wrong.  Our fees are set by the County.  Our procedures are not to allow access to our lot after dark unless there is an extenuating circumstance.  We have been in business for decades and pride ourselves on running an honest and credible business.
