    My wife and I switched our plan from ATT to Verizon with the promise of two free iPads and two free iWatches. It cost me $1200 to unlock our ATT phones. The employee at Victra assured me that I would get a $1200 credit on my account. A month later I went back when I received no such credit on my bill and was reassured it would show up. The employee who promised me this credit was fired and the manager told me I have to take it up with Verizon. Over the past year have spent countless hours on the phone with verizon who says they will contact the store manager and get back to me. Big surprise they never get back to me. Ironically I switched to verizon for better service and the service is horrific. Calls to verizon drop all the time. My ATT phone used to work fine at ************* - my verizon phone gets no service at *************. This was flat out fraud. I would never pay $1200 to unlock my phone without getting that money back. Avoid this store and verizon at all cost!

    The staff refuses whether in person or the customer service representatives, technicians, supervisors refuse to return call or follow up or make adjustments regarding to the warranty of their products.
