  These guys are thee most respectful, professional, and safe tree service crews I've ever seen. I'd recommend them every time!

  Trailer park I live in hired them twice, both times they blocked my driveway. They didnt like the review I left them on ****** so they replied by harassing me, accusing me of being *****, calling it despicable that I left them a bad review and trying to guilt trip me into taking the review down and then reported my review to try to have it taken down. Accused me of sitting in a chair watching them all day and claiming that their guys apologized to me and moved their truck. None of that happened as I was at work til 4pm. They are one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever had to deal with.

  When I came home from work on Monday, May 9th, I noticed several trucks from Brawners Tree Service parked along my *****. As I drove past them I witnessed an employee in my yard cutting up several tree trunks into smaller movable chunks. I parked my car and walked up to the employee. I asked him where these trees had come from. The answer given me was, I dont know Im just the worker. I was concerned that they had been cutting down trees in my ***** without authorization. I asked another employee if he knew where the trees laying in my yard had come from. He told me they had been cutting trees down the lower road about 1/4 mile away. I believe that it was extremely unprofessional for a tree service to trespass onto my back yard and proceed to work in my yard without any authorization from me. They left piles of sawdust and many ruts from the chainsaw cutting deeply into my grass. Portions of my lawn were damaged by their trespass onto my property. This company may know how to cut trees down, but they are most certainly not professional enough not to trespass and damage a neighboring property. I talked to the owner, but he didnt seem to believe me and asked that I send him pictures of the damage. I sent them to him and asked to be paid $100 for someone to come in to clean up the mess, repair, and reseed my lawn, but never had a response from him. This is not a professional way to handle a situation of this nature. I just wanted others to be aware of the professionalism of this company.
