    I worked with ***** to print obituaries for my brother's memorial service. I was communicating via email initially. However, I wanted to ensure that the card stock was to my liking, so I went to the shop. ***** assured me that my order would be completed on time and to my specifications. When I arrived to pick up the programs, ***** said their printer broke down and that they were unable to add the glossy finish to the front and back pages of the program. My pickup was scheduled for 9:00 am and the service was at 10:30 am. I took the programs as is. I followed up a few days later to ask if he would print the thank you notes, pro ****, since they had not completed my previous order to my satisfaction. He said they would give me a 25% discount. I asked for a 25% refund on my previous order. He told me he could not offer a refund, because I had accepted it. I told him I had no other choice but to use those programs. I asked him if I could talk to the owner. He told me he was not at liberty to tell me the name of the owner. How could someone take advantage of someone in such a vulnerable state and not try to figure out a way to remedy the situation to the customer's satisfaction? Did the machine really break down or did ***** lie? WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM ********* in ************, **. They will take advantage of you and then blame you for their poor workmanship.I will NEVER use ********* again.
