    On November 23, 2023 I booked an appointment for a tattoo scheduled for November 15, 2024 and paid the required $300 deposit. On Monday November 11, 2024 I was diagnosed with ********************** of the right eye. I immediately contacted pretty and pinked and explained the situation. They stated that they would have to reschedule my appointment due to health code reasons. I was told there would be no penalty for this. I agreed to reschedule. The new appointment date was January 12, 2025. On January 6th, 2025 I again was seen by a health professional due to a 2nd eye infection and put on antibiotics. I again immediately reached out to the business. They again cancelled my appointment citing health code but this time I would not receive a credit of my original deposit toward a new appointment. They have been unwilling to refund me my money or apply it toward a new appointment. Their policy doesnt cover my situation but they keep referencing it.
