I was told the policy had changed and was denied a pickup then charged anyway. I emailed like the old policy stated. In the past, I have bought items that turned out to be broken. They did honor the one item return only to put it back in the bin to sell to someone else. A coworker showed me an appliance that he purchased that the power cord was cut. This should be outlawed because I thought when a company cuts the power cord the item should be destroyed. The policies continuously change and they say oh well. They sell all kinds of broken items and dont offer anything except stock photos to rue the customer. This used to be a decent business, but honestly in the past year or so, everything has gone downhill. Some of the locations, also change prices on the fly. For example, Sundays are known to be $1 days, but there have been weeks where they changed that the day of. Instead it turned out to be like $5 day. They say you can test items, but in my case in the return, it was a lava lamp. It takes ***** hours to fully test. I also bought lightbulbs around the same time that were marked as new. There were literally bulbs in the package just bouncing around because packaging was removed on the inside. Half were defective. I did complain but they brush you off. Once they opened new locations, their appreciation of the customer stopped. Greed I suppose to sell broken and used items. Even items with food residue. They can keep the 1.53 I was just charged. My wife submitted a complaint online and they immediately blocked her ********. Very unethical business practices are taking place and I am trying to warn that someone is going to get hurt by the practices.

I received a notification that I had spent enough money so I earned reward money. I could not figure out how to tell how much reward money I earned. I went over to the store and the lady working help me figure out my reward money. Today I went to make a purchase and told her that I would like to use my reward money. She looked and said I already used it. i explained to her that I did not use it so she proceeded to show me the transaction and it was paid with Mastercard. I explained to her that I did not make the transaction because I dont have a Mastercard. After investigating further I was told that the sales clerk didnt close out my account that day so the next person they rang up went under my account and they received the discount. I was then told that the warehouse manager said the owner said, sorry there is nothing they can do about it. I am just out the $5.00 even though it was their error. This is certainly not good business and I would like $5 store credit.
