On December 6th 2022 we had ****'s plumbing and heating come out because we had a small stream of water. They went outside and came back in and smiled and said that now you have no water. Our submersible pump quit working. On December 8th they were back and dug a hole and with the help of their little bobcat proceeded to try to pull the pump out. After a few minutes they said that it was stuck and we needed a well driller. They left. ****'s sent me an estimate for ******* for a well driller to come and try to pull the pump. He would stay all day but if he couldn't get it we would have to drill a new well. On Friday December 9th I called a well driller and he was out the next day. After getting in the hole and looking at things he said that I never told him they broke the pipe off and I said I didn't know. He said that he can't remove it and we needed to drill a new well. Monday I sent ****'s plumbing a copy of the estimate for the well and he said his boys did nothing wrong and was doing nothing to help us. I wanted him to go half and again they did nothing wrong. I am 68 years old and am disabled and so is my husband and we sat here for almost 3 weeks without water until we came up with over ******* for a new well. Since then I have found many people who say they have done the same thing to them. Please help fix this problem.
