      Spent close to $10,000 for new furnace/AC system with ****** ******.My original system was in service for over 16 years, never had over heating issue with my old furnace. Advised ****** ****** that the newly installed furnace was short cycling and overheating. Their tech acknowledged the problem, advised me to remove vent screens that were supposedly blocking airflow, which I did. Still overheating. The tech then advised, I had a bad limit switch, on the final visit he installed new limit switch which made no difference with the furnace short cycling. He left, didn't even test for a full cycle to complete and the furnace promptly short cycled. Leaving me with an overheating furnace during January single digit temperatures. We are very concerned about the damage that was done to the furnace due to overheating. I asked the tech on 2 separate occasions if blower motor speed could be adjusted to increase airflow, he advised me that the blower speed was running at it's highest speed.After 2 months of phone calls, tech visits, poor communication and lack of expertise, they advised I needed additional venting installed by cutting into the outside walls for $600. I was told this is the best option, but he could not guaranteed that this would solve the problem! After I lost all faith and trust in the company, I contacted a duct cleaning company and another HVAC contractor. The ductwork was cleaned for $475. The new HVAC tech ran diagnostics, identified the short cycling problem, and increased the heating fan speed for $305. The furnace now moves heat out of the furnace compartment into the ventilation system and throughout the living area. It is much more warmer and the furnace is no longer overheating and short cycling. So I paid an additional $780 in fees to outside contractors for advice to help solve the problem that ****** ****** could not solve for the furnace that they installed. I had a totally frustrating & terrible experience with this company.
