      On December 2, 2023, I purchased a Vineyard Premier membership from the Moersch Hospitality group through Free Run Cellars for $50 (normally $100 but the business was running a deal). I was informed that this membership would be good until December 2, ****. The primary feature of this membership that was sold to me by the representative was that I would receive 2 complimentary wine tastings or glasses at each Moersch Hospitality Group location (Free Run Cellars, ***** **** Winery and Restaurant, Round Barn) per day. That is, 2 tastings per location per day per membership. Free Run and Round Barn are open three days a week currently, and ***** **** is open four days a week, meaning this membership purchased a maximum of ~**** tastings (if utilized every open day at the three locations). Yesterday (1/11/****), I received an email from Moersch Hospitality Group stating that they have changed the membership details. The new membership details are 2 complementary tastings per month per membership (24 total tastings for the year). My partner and I reached out to Moersch Hospitality Group to ask if they will be honoring the product we purchased in 2023 (a year long 2 tastings per location per day), but they informed me that they have indeed taken this benefit away and replaced it. When I purchased the membership, they had led me to believe the benefits would be good for 365 days and did not inform me that they could or would completely change the product roughly one month after purchasing. While I was not intending to use all ~**** tastings over the 365 days, I was intending to go twice a month to the three locations (~12 tastings or glasses a month). I just feel tricked that I was sold by the representative on one year long product, and about one month later they completely change the product without informing me this could or would happen. I would either like to keep the benefits that I purchased, or at least settling for receiving 2 tastings per 3 locations per month.
