    I went to ***** for tax preparation for 2023 and 2024, she told me someone else claimed me for 2023 and said she amended it and was working on getting me answers, she will not return my calls or my son's calls for his taxes, I believe she may be taking people's income tax returns. I was supposed to get $6100 and there is nobody who could or would claim me as I am a single adult and I've never been married.

    We hired J&K to do my taxes. She left off a form that had to do with our house sale in the year 2021. The form was a 1099S. It reported the income of the sale to the state of **********. Now Im getting mail from Cali FTB saying we owe 20k in taxes on our house sale when we qualify for a tax exemption due to owning for more than 2 years. Ive given ***** the letters and she claims she mailed them my federal tax return. The letter clearly states we didnt file a state return. Even after Im still getting letters. *** explained to her we need to file a non resident California tax return to claim the exemption. She says she reported it federally. Thats not the same thing. Now it looks like we got all this income and shes not listening or filing the correct paperwork. Shes also dodging my emails and calls and refusing to rectify the situation. Ive sent 4 emails and called 7 times and left voicemails more than once.

    I received accounting services for the 2022-2023 tax season. The owner of the business messed up my taxes not once , but twice. Now I am having to pay the price to the **** She has ignored my calls, messages, and emails following the last mess up. I have tried reaching her countless times over the last 12 months . She I formed me the first time she messed up she would have to re file my taxes due to money owed to the state . All because of something she filed wrong on the paper and never fixed . I have gotten countless mail saying I still owe and they were never fixed. She also took my legal paperwork and never gave it back to me . She is messing with peoples money and lively hoods and should be shut down and her license taken away.

    We hired J&************'s to do our taxes for the 2022 tax season. When we originally got our taxes from them, there were a few things incorrect (such as, they didn't add our son as a tax credit, and they missed some of my husband's income). Once they added his income and added our son, we found out that we couldn't claim our son, because his mother did already. BUT, even though the tax preparer stated that we couldn't claim our son, she didn't remove him from our taxes. I questioned her about that and she said that he is supposed to be on there and that she would send us an email explaining why. She never did that, and now we owe on our taxes to the ******************* where the paperwork she sent us says we should get a refund. And to top that, we were charged late fees because what she did was wrong. She also lied about turning our taxes into our city, and we had to go to the city personally to file them, where they discovered that they were wrong, and they corrected them for us. Every conversation with her was filled with lies, blaming and trying to get her to correct her mistakes.

    yes in 2021 I paid ***** to do my taxes and they did them. But I had to get them amended on 7/29/21. Unfortunately, they weren't done right. I have not received my refund from the government or the state and now I am in collections with the state when the state owes me. simply because they haven't received my amended taxes yet. *** is all they want to do is argue with me on how they sent them in but proving that to me isn't fixing my problem. I do not want a refund. Is all I want is the issue with my taxes fixed. I have probably called ***** at *** 20 times. Is all she wants to do is argue with me on how she did my taxes and tell me i need to be patient but unfortunately that isn't fixing my issue with my 2020 taxes. I paid her to do my taxes and paid her to amend my taxes she got her money and I have not got what I paid for. I can't even take my taxes to a different tax company because no one knows what she has done and filing twice may make things worse than they are now. I have looked at my ****x taxes the amended version and she does have my birthday wrong maybe that is the issue. Again I am not looking for a refund is all I want is my tax problem fixed.************ is my phone number and I get off of work at 3 .
