Had Aim do our driveway, now we have a 2 inch puddle in front of garage door, changed contract did not tell us and knew my husband couldn't hear. he is 100% disabled veteran and wont back their work and it is our fault it is so bad. he has to sweep it 2-3 times a day so it wont go in garage. We called them last year job done in September to tell them it was bad with no response.

Were sorry that you feel that you were wronged in this ordeal. Aim asphalt has always stood by its work and will continue to support our first responders and veterans. For remarks regarding contract. The customer mislead our sales rep to believe that millings were previously installed and that it would just be a fine grade and pave which would've been the cheaper route. Upon inspection by management, sales team it was noticed at owners' property that asphalt base was underneath the dirt and gravel. This lead to a change in contract due to the amount of work needed to remove driveway. Customers choose the cheapest route which was to do an overlay over existing base (This does not carry warranty due to inability to grade existing grade for water run off). Customers were informed upon inspection, agreed to changed amount and signed an updated contract. That we will not be responsible for ponding water as identified in contract due to issues with grade. However, The owner Came into our office demanding we come to his house and slammed pictures on manager's desk. He was then told that we are currently shut down until May 1st due to winter conditions and we are seasonal. We told him we would send someone out to look at the issue even though the contract stated otherwise. We have been very transparent in this and responsive to all questions regarding the issue. We can provide all dates, contracts etc. to back all our claims upon request.
