    I took a piece of equipment to his business to have it repaired.There was no agreement in writing provided; no service done on the equipment; no billing statement offered.Upon returning for pickup, he just wanted cash.

    Dear *********,

         when you brought this machine to my shop you asked me to get it running. this machine was a basket case. so i cleaned the injectors, fuel lines, reinstalled all parts that were in the box you brought with it. I did fulfill  the agreement that we made as the machine ran fine when your lovely son came and picked it up. you never mentioned the transmission was bad. I spent over 15 hours trying to help you with your obsolete 40 year old Mitsubishi loader. I apologize that there is no transmission or parts available. Also is stored this machine for over 11 months after i informed you there was nothing else i could help you with. 

         so almost a year later you send your bully of a son (******) to come get the machine. I even went out of my way to help him load it up. you (*****) on the phone told me you would be here in a half hour to pay the  three hour 240.00 bill for getting it running. and as a business person yourself you should know the agreement we made for me to get the machine running is binding.

           to date, you have not taken any of my calls and you still have not paid the 240.00 dollar bill. so can you please come to my shop and talk to me as i am sure this can be resolved.
