Subject: Invalid Gift Card We, **** and I, contacted you by tel in Feb 2024 two months after your $75.00 gift card was issued to us Dec 20, 2023 (see atch 1) and you said you would send us a flyer with your schedule for 2024 which never came. You did not return our mid-May call to ************ and then you changed your number to unlisted. We then tried sending you a letter to your ******** road address, that didn't work either. We hope you realize that you owe us an explanation of why we, and our son *******, feel cheated out of the $75.00 gift card purchased at your encouragement. As we said in our last letter, we are well into our 80's (85 & 81) and we thought your business was a good suggestion to our son. We thought your business was on the up-and-up based on the article in the Battle Creek Enquirer by ******* *******.We tried to contact you right after Christmas last year to use the card but couldn't get to talk with anyone. You owe us an explanation why within 2 months the card couldn't be used. You must have known that you were not going to honor the card when you sold it to our son.
