    Purchased a 2017 f150 and transaction went smooth but was told no issues come to find out it need timing done and warranty provided was not going to cover it which I didn't even know I was getting a warranty they tacked that on without my knowledge and I'm also waiting for my plate and registration. It has been about 3 months and now they went out of business and don't know how to obtain my plate or registration

    Date of Incident/transaction: January 27th, 2024 The amount of money you paid: Finance the Vehicle close to $7,000.00. with no Down payment,What the business is committed to provide to you:The dealership agreed that they would cancel the loan/financing if we returned the vehicle.What the nature of the dispute is: I purchased a 2014 GMC Terrain from the dealership and was not aware of the damage underneath the vehicle was not disclosed.Whether or not the business tried to resolve the problem:The dealership stated they would cancel the loan on 2/15/2024 after the vehicle was returned to the dealership and this has not been resolved. More Information Below: I was able to have the vehicle inspected by dropping the vehicle by ArborMotion in ************ on 2/15/2024. After they took our comments about what we were experiencing they looked into the vehicle for the repairs. After looking at the Vehicle ************ gave us a call and let us know we should not be driving this vehicle since it is not in driving condition as shown in the attached pictures. I did let ArborMotion know to contact the warranty for a claim for the repairs and since the repair for the vehicle was not able to be fixed the claim could not be made.

    Bought a 2014 truck from them after 3 weeks broke down and needed $3400 worth of work. Called them so they could make it right and got told they would rather be sued then help with it. Purchased a warranty and it didnt cover any of it. Then they stopped answering their phones.

    I bought a vehicle from talbott motors, a 2016 ***** Equinox LT for $4000, within 20 minutes the engine blew, an eleven thousand dollar fix, I just wanted it fixed, he said he would do that, he then back tracked and said he would only do 500 dollars towards the repairs. I was told it was a decently running vehicle, he lied to my face! He refuses to pay the ****** dollars to fix it, he refuses to refund what I paid for it, I had even got the dealer warranty, he still refuses to fix it! I need this vehicle, I need it fixed, I just don't have the money. Either that or I want my money back and him to take the vehicle back! Please help me!

    On 12/28/23 my mother and I drove 120 miles to ************ to look at a vehicle. While on the way there **** informed us they had someone else coming at 5, but would hold the truck and have first option to purchase. Once there **** repeated that I was purchasing such a great truck, son multiple times and also said he had been driving the vehicle and hed have to take another off the lot. Yes I am aware that I purchased the 2012 Silverado as-is BUT after driving 120 miles home and an additional 180 miles total over the course of 6 days. So ******* *** miles put on the vehicle the transmission went out. The truck has been at a body shop since January 3rd the day the transmission went out not even a full week after purchase. My mechanic called me this morning after being able to look over the truck better to then tell me that not only was the transmission no good that the entire underbody and frame of the truck had recently been undercoated due to rust and the frame must be fixed before driving. How is that safe?!? I do not have a final bill as this is still in process but this is horrible business practices. For a business owner to tell a 21 year old hardworking first time buyer that I was getting a great deal and what a steal it was should not have been undrivable after less than a week. I called the dealership and of course bc I did not purchase their cash only warranty in office I was basically told I was out of luck. Mind you my bank/credit union was not in ************ so there was no way to even get the large amount of cash they wanted out of the bank for the warranty. I want to warn everyone and hopefully no one else gets screwed like this. Is there anything that can be done? On top of the ****** for the truck I am potentially out more than $5-7000 additional on top of the amount of purchase. I would like to have the business pay for or contribute toward these issues. Totally not fair to me to have to pay over $20,000 for this truck that does not run.

    Purchased a truck on 11/29/2023 was told that the truck just been repaired with a timing chain done drove it three days started stalling, called the dealer and explained no desire to to help paid ****** cash for the truck so I took.it to a certified auto repair shop. I was told that the had know work done to the timing chain, I was told it would cost me an additional ****** to replace the engine, I given a number by the dealer for one of his mechanics to if he could do a timing chain job no answer, I was told before I purchased the vehicle that this was already done, clearly it was not, I have a certified estimate for the truck repair this dealer was totally dishonest about the vehicle he sold me now I out of ****** paid for the vehicle, and I want it to run correctly I'll have to pay an additional ****** to have the engine replaced.
