    *** lower is a employee there. Thay aloud her to take all of are money out of are accounts and took her name off them and she opened new one just in her name. And then grand trunk call me and ask me to come in and close all the accounts. And I had no idea that *** did what she did because she filled for a divorce and I had no idea she did that to. My complaint is the hole staff help her to change all of are money without telling me what was going on and left me broke I feel if she sis not work there that I would have been notified. And not call me to close my accounts been a member for 35 years. And had to close my account because *** was able to look in my account to see what I was doing with my money. Thank you

    Grand Trunk (BC) Employees Federal Credi Union appreciates your concerns over this matter.  We have provided you with documents that will show that these are false statements about your account.  We reach out to our members that we dont have accurate information on whether statements are returning or are aware of separation for address changes to be made.  We do our very best to protect our members information as we were doing with your account.  This complaint is not accurate.  This may be an attempt to defame an ex-spouses character by providing false information through her employer. 
    Our long-time dedicated employee for over 30 years did not use her position at the credit union.  The credit union has policies and procedures that are in place to navigate these situations for any member.  Once again,we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.

    Thereis not a problem with my divorce  the problem that I have is she took the money out of are account and put it in a new one with just her name. And thay ask me to close my account. Her name was ****. You can pull all of my papers showing what she did. Back in April. And yes this happened on company's time.  I just did not know. A member.
    Can take all your money without the crediting union. Even notifying you insane it off the account.
    That's just not a good policy. A lot of people could lose a lot of money that way.
