      The summer aerobics classes are awesome. Great instructor, lifeguards, and reasonable price for a drop in class!

      Hampton Aquatics & Fitness has the best classes and instructors. My daughter has loved both the group and private lessons.

      Swim lessons have been a great opportunity for my son and I to create an even stronger bond and begin building trust in the water. The instructors seem to enjoy what they are doing and create an overall great experience for everyone.

      All three of my kids went through swim lessons twice. The instructors were professional, encouraging and patient. Each week the kids looked forward to returning. Their confidence grew within themselves and in the water. Highly recommend.

      The Hampton Aquatics team is very knowledgeable, patient and very hands on for my childrens swimming education and experience! They cover safety, basic swim and building confidence!!!

      Audrina has a passion for the water and it’s awe inspiring! My son has taken classes with her to learn to swim and she’s even been an instructor for me with renewing my life guard certification. She’s knowledgeable and instills confidence in her students when it comes to the aquatic environment. She cares about the community that she works in and makes a real commitment to expanding the love of aquatics to everyone around her. I recommend her Highly and she’s always my go to referral for anyone looking to grow their skills in and around water!
