    I needed someone to clean a rental that was in bad shape. I contacted HPC and because I was out of town, communicated with them via email, texts and FB messaging what was needed.They agreed, took pictures of the areas needing cleaning and got started. They let me know they finished and mentioned 3 areas they weren't able to clean because of mold. They sent me an invoice and I promptly paid and included a tip.When I returned, I went to check out the work. They ignored several areas stating they were beyond their scope. Even though I was very upfront with the condition of the house, they were not. They saw the house and took pictures before beginning. Never once did they say they couldn't complete the job. However, I paid my bill believing everything we discussed beforehand had been taken care of. It was not. They charged me for services not completed. This was the first and last time I will use Home Pride Cleaning. There is certainly no pride in this treatment.**** I used to follow HPC on ********* After I paid the invoice they'd sent, HPC asked me to write a review of their services. I wrote a review, similar to this. Because I sent an honest review, HPC has apparently blocked me from their FB page.
