Long story short I took my car for service back in June for a new transmission and new battery recommended by the dealer which I never reviewed any documents saying that they were new? Getting my car back the first week of July just to find out that the car didn't want to drive past 40mp on the highway took it back they kept the car for a week just to tell me that they didn't found anything wrong drove it in the city with no problem but when I tried going to the highway again this time my car blocked in the middle of the highway took a picture that it was telling me that the battery needs to be charge? Took it back to the dealer explaining what happened they kept the car for a week and a half with no phone calls explaining what was going on stop by today just to find out that my car it's been sitting in the lot cus they didn't find anything wrong??? So frustrating I feel they are discriminating me for been Hispanic and I believe they put a use transmission on it and a used battery cus the car should not be low battery if it was new I want someone to contact me I have talked to the mgr? But anything has been done

We are working with this client to get the issue diagnosed correctly and devise a plan of action to get the vehicle repaired if a repair is necessary and if so can be done to the satisfaction of the client.  We are 100% committed to coming up with a solution for this client.

I am not satisfied with the service at all because they didn't check on my car until they received the complaint my car sat at their parking lot for 2 weeks and now they want to charge me another 8k on top what they charge before because supposedly the battery they replaced was not the problem so disappointed and really frustrated  so I just pick up my car today and definitely will not recommend this shop at all

      Sincerely,

Back in November, I was provided with a loaner vehicle while my car is completing a recall campaign. I was told by **** the service manager that the loaner vehicle was inspected and was safe to drive. Upon obtaining said loaner, the same day I noticed a rotten milk smell coming from the trunk but chose to ignore it. A week or so later, I was told by several people that the tire tread was very low. Upon inspecting, and doing a coin test, there is very low tread on the tires. I attempted to reach out to Seelye Kia of Battle Creek to inform them of my findings but was only able to leave a voice message. I never received a return call to speak with someone at the dealer regarding this matter. This dealership has also had my vehicle for over ********************************************************* with an estimated date of completion. I am extremely frustrated as I was told my vehicle is unsafe to drive but then was provided with another vehicle with is unsafe to drive.

Our service manager ******************* has been in contact with the *********************** through phone calls and text in December.  This is the first time any concern of the service loaner has been brought to the dealers attention.

Regarding the repair:  It has been approved through *** for a recall repair.  The parts needed are a brake line / repair - recall and parts for completion of repair are on a national back order.  There currently are not parts available to complete the repair.  This vehicle is approved for repair from *** as soon as we can receive the parts.  The other option is for the customer to have the vehicle towed out of our facility if they do not want to continue with this process.

Regarding the loaner:  We can pick up the loaner if the customer feels it is unsafe to drive.  It can be delivered to our location during normal business hours / dropped off if the customer does not want us to pick it up.  The loaner vehicle did go through our service department as recent as October to verify it was safe and road worthy.  Please let us know ASAP how we can proceed to resolve this.  My direct contact is ************  *************************, General manager. He may also continue the conversation through our service manager ********************
