    Left and was told the cap had a gap after the change. No leaks. No big deal is what she told me. 24 hours later, I was stranded on the side of the road with my kid because oil exploded everywhere. We got out and he fell and hit his head when he slipped in the oil pouring out. It was one thing after another. Got a tow to a valvoline care center and they took great care of us. We found out the oil filter cap wasnt even put back on right. And the top cap was forced on and ruined the threading. Unbelievable.

    Horrible went in for a normal transmission change on my impala and they changed my trans pan and broke my trans cooler line which was perfect before I went and they did not fix it and I also had to come back right after leaving because they didn’t tighten my bolts. They are horrible my mom was there right next to me and they also caused leaks on her car also HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!
