    At first I was excited to hire wharry engineers to come do a foundation inspection for me do to some problems i was having with it. They came out and took pictures and had me express my concerns and left me with “ your not going to like what we found”. They didnt go over anything they found. They sent me a report that still didn’t state what they found on my property but just coped Google information on the concrete that was used and the block for the retaining wall i have that i didnt even ask them to look at. Then they told me that they needed 5k more to tell me what they found. I asked them why they couldnt atleast go over there findings with me so i could make a decision on if i need to spend 5k more and they said “how am i going to make money” i asked what the 700 i already paid them for and they said that was for the site visit. I have no problem paying for there time but i paid them for a initial visit and consult and they didnt tell me what they found and stated they need more money just to talk to me about there finding. Complete bs in my opinion.
