      I had a very frustrating experience with Rapid Response Roofing LLC, specifically with their door-to-door marketer, *******. Despite a clearly posted No Soliciting sign, Lex ignored it and left marketing material wedged right into the sign itself. This kind of disregard for simple boundaries is both unprofessional and intrusive. It's disappointing to see such careless behavior from a company, and it makes me question their respect for potential customers. I would not recommend them based on this experience alone.

      This company knocked on my door unsolicited and wanted to provide a free inspection of my roof for hail damage. They stated that if there was sufficient damage they would assist with filing a claim with my insurance company in return for an agreement to allow them to replace the roof. They inspected the roof and said there was sufficient damage to file a claim. A claim was filed and my insurance and they scheduled an inspection. I asked that Rapid Response be there for the adjusters inspection, however they were not there. The adjuster inspection showed no hail damage and rejected the claim. I shared the inspection report with Rapid Response and they said they would schedule a follow up inspection to refute the rejected claim as they were confident in their findings. After several phone calls with the company who stated they would follow up there was no response. This company basically wasted my time and wasted the time of my insurance company. My opinion is that if you can't physically see any damage to your roof do not let this company on your roof and blow smoke of getting you a new roof for the cost of your deductible.
