      Thank you for the opportunity to review and respond to this matter.

      Our ****** Services Director connected with ***************** and explained the transfer process with her thoroughly. ********* was able to confirm she now understood her options when it comes to transferring/selling her membership. We were also able to address her reservation issues and get her a full hook-up campsite reserved at our *****************. We ended the call satisfactorily with ********* and let her know she can reach out to our ****** Services Director directly if she needs anything else.

      Camping membership in which we do not use. We live about 45 min from the closest one and got pushed into a membership after a trisl we won at the mall..

      Thank you for the opportunity to review and respond to this matter. We immediately reached out to the ******** because we had no record of them contacting us prior to this. We have been in touch with the ******** now and have put a complimentary 3-day, 2-night stay in a rental unit at one of our resorts on their account since their original complaint occurred during the pandemic. We would like them to experience how different it is now. We will also continue working with the ******** and they can reach out to our ****** Services Director any time at ***************************************** or by calling ***********************. We are sorry to hear the Fultons are not taking advantage of their membership and are unsure of who they may have spoken to previously. However, due to their unique membership agreement and upon return of the necessary signed paperwork, Outdoor Adventures agrees to terminate the membership, and forgive the remainder of dues and any future obligations to Outdoor Adventures.       Over the phone, my understanding was that you needed a notarized release form with both of our signatures. We are currently across the country from each other so that was not possible. If you only need my signature notarized as indicated in the response above, that will satisfy my issue. Please email the release form to ******************* and I will get that done.

      Our Billing Team spoke with ******************** on 3/23/2023 and explained that we need him to sign a release form that relinquishes his rights to the membership. Once we have that paperwork signed, notarized and returned to **, we will be able to remove him from the membership. Our Billing team has mailed the release form to both ******************** and **************** ******. We have also removed Mr. ********* phone number on the account so he will not be called regarding payments on the membership. To speak with our Billing team further, please call ************** option 3. Thank you.

      *******, we do need a member relinquish form completed and notarized by both you and ***************** You may complete one form together or you may independently complete your own form and **************** can complete her own form and we can use the two notarized forms together to complete your request. This is for legal purposes to show we have proper documentation to remove one individual from the membership and to show which individual is still responsible for the membership. We have emailed the form to the email you provided and to the email we have on the account for ****************.
